Building Description
The Element, by Tridel, offers a dynamic location for the sports and entertainment buff. The Skydome and Air Canada are comfortably close, and The Princess of Wales, The Royal Alex, Roy Thompson Hall, The Hummingbird Centre, Second City, and the Paramount Theatre are all nearby. Residents get to enjoy a host of exclusive amenities ranging from an extensive recreation centre. The recreation center includes a private screening room, a state-of-the-art athletic center, aerobics area and a pristine aqua spa complete with saunas. After a great workout, they can relax on one of three stunning rooftop terraces offering green space and breathtaking city views. And if they want more, there is the fully equipped party room, wet bar and a games room with a plasma television. Significant environmental measures were used in the construction of the building to reduce ongoing maintenance fee costs. A breakthrough cooling system was designed to reduce energy consumption and significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
