It’s timeless mid-rise condo living at the Edge on The Triangle, another development by PlazaCorp and UrbanCorp. Located at 9 Lisgar and 60 Lisgar in Queen West, it is only a short walk to Trinity Bellwoods Park, a true city greenspace with mature trees, pathways, art installations, winter skating, a Farmer’s Market and many other community events. It is also an easy walk to shops, the TTC, cafés, and entertainment, most notably, the Drake Hotel across the road.
The Edge on Triangle Park’s tall, lustrous glass towers provide superior daylight for the many units that have windows at both ends. Each tower’s exterior is interposed with a landscaped garden cube centering the space. At its feet, a garden enclosure joins the towers providing a central meeting space for the residents. Inside, it’s all about luxury and service with a 24 hour concierge, who is located in a graceful lobby.
You can choose from 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus a den or 2-bedroom suites. Sizes start at 365 sq. ft. for the 1-bedroom and increase to 715 sq. ft. for the to 2-bedroom. The elegant style and attention to details make these suites shine – note the translucent sliding door systems and the glazed doors to the balconies. The well-equipped kitchens with their sophisticated cabinetry, spacious stone countertops, halogen track lighting, and European-inspired stainless steel appliances will make preparing meals for family and friends a real joy.
Each suite has engineered hardwood flooring, rental heating and cooling systems, a stacked washer and dryer, a laundry closet, and a soaker tub in the bathroom.
The Edge Club gives you a fitness centre, a sauna, fully equipped party room and a reading room for billiards, bridge or books.
If luxury combined with affordability and a Queen West location speak to you, come and see the Edge on the Triangle Park.
