Rise Condominiums is a larger development with about 320 suites on 29 storeys. Units are on the smaller size ranging from 316 sq ft to 865 sq ft and the building was developed by Reserve Properties.

The location has been improving by leaps and bounds with improved transit and the highly sought after homes becoming priced out of reach. New stores are constantly opening and turning over which is a sign of improving quality. The architecture of the building is unique and eye catching. The building has impressive amenities including an infinity pool, large terrace with barbecues, cabanas and outdoor dining.

The St Clair subway stop is about a 2 minute walk from the building which is an extremely valuable benefit to the building.
